Q: How much does it cost to place an ATM in my business?

A: There is absolutely no cost to you if you are seeking us to place an ATM inside your business!

Q: Who is responsible for the refilling cash in the ATM?

A: As the business owner, you have enough to worry about with daily operations. We are responsible for ensuring that the ATM is stocked with cash and that the cash is properly accounted for. We provide cash management services to help with this process.

Q: How often will the ATM need to be serviced?

A: The frequency of service required will depend on the usage of the ATM. We provide preventative maintenance and on-call repair services to ensure that your ATM is always in good working order.

Q: Are there any special permits or approvals required to place an ATM in my business?

A: There are no requirements for permits and approvals needed from your business.

This responsibility, if applicable, falls solely on National Automated Services.

Q: How long does it take to install an ATM in my business?

A: The installation process can vary depending on the location, but typically it takes about a week to ten days from the time an agreement is made between National Automated Services and the 2nd party seeking ATM placement.

Q: Can I choose the type of ATM machine I wish to have placed in my business?

A: Yes, we offer the best machines at all times, so the machine choices may vary at times.

You can choose from different models to find the perfect fit for your business, albeit they are what we currently supply and the particular model is available.

Q: Is there a minimum number of transactions required to keep an ATM in my business?

A: Yes, there is no minimum number of transactions required. We understand that usage can vary depending on the location and time of year so we take that in consideration.

We also realize that a machine when newly placed, may not get enough transaction for a couple months. With that being said, we like to have on average of at least 125 transactions per month.

Q: What if the ATM machine is not meeting the minimum transaction requirements?

A: Like we stated in the last question, we take into account various factors when it comes to the amount of transactions that occur with the ATM machine.

We typically remove a machine if after 90 days the amount of transactions aren’t meeting the minimum or transactions are not trending upwards.

Q: Will having an ATM in my business increase my customer base?

A: Yes, providing easy access to cash can make the shopping experience more convenient for customers, which can increase foot traffic and revenue for your business.

Q: Is there a contract required to place one of your ATM machines in my business?

A: Some companies may require a contract, while others do not. We do typically require a contract, for the security & benefit of both parties involved. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will provide you with the best option.
